Make Up Policy

1) YOU MUST MAKE UP YOUR CLASS DURING THE EXISTING SESSION.

( With exception of the last week which may be made up during the first week of a new session.)

2) YOU MUST BE CURRENTLY ENROLLED AT THE TIME OF THE MAKE UP.

3) YOU MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR YOUR MAKE-UP.

4) YOU MUST USE A CLASS OF THE SAME LEVEL AS WHICH YOU ARE MAKING UP.

* (Cheer) and (Mom and Tot) Classes DO NOT have make-up classes available as they only meet once a week.

5) ANY SCHEDULED MAKE- UPS THAT ARE MISSED WILL COUNT AS A MAKE-UP.

6) ONLY ONE MAKE-UP IS ALLOWED FOR EACH ABSENCE.

IF YOUR CHILD IS GOING TO MISS A CLASS...

Please call us as soon as possible if your child is going to miss a class due to vacation, school projects, illness, etc., so that another child can do a make-up in your child's place and your child can get a scheduled make-up for the class they will miss. The classes are filling up and we really want each child to be able to get all their make-ups in. Thanks....
